Module content | This elective is designed for executives, senior managers and graduates wishing to enter the field of management consulting. This course will provide them with a comprehensive overview of the practice and processes involved in management consulting. It will address the management consulting competency framework, consulting lifecycle, interpersonal interactions and the ethical requirements of a management consultant. Client perspectives and expectations will be discussed in detail, as will the consultant’s behavior and demeanour in client interactions. Management consulting is a very broad and overarching profession which requires a myriad of competencies and specifically the adaptability to various client contexts.
